Company History
PPM, founded in 1960 by Art Bletcher, designs and manufactures rugged, precision electronic
instruments for field, laboratory and manufacturing/production test. PPM also offers semi-custom design for government clients
such as NASA, NIST, the Army, Navy and Air Force, as well as industrial clients such as Boeing, General Motors and General
Electric. In 2003, Art retired and sold PPM to Charles Gilmore, Dale Katzenmeyer and Cliff Nazelli.
